The context

The client is an aesthetic clinic in Barcelona with a calendar that reception managed by hand. Word of mouth worked and brought in new clients every week, but attracting and booking them depended entirely on the phone: if nobody answered the call, that appointment simply never came through.

The challenge

Calls outside opening hours were lost, and with them bookings that never came back. At peak times reception was overwhelmed, handling the front desk and the phone at once. Appointments were written down on paper, with the risk of overlaps and poorly used gaps.
