From zero tech to 100+ online orders
A handmade brand with real products and real demand, but no sales channel of its own. We built its full online store and the launch strategy, and the orders followed.
The context
The client is a maker who sold in person, at markets and fairs, and through social media. People loved the product and demand was there, but she had no store of her own to close the sale: every order came out of a direct-message conversation and a bank transfer arranged by hand.
The challenge
Sales depended entirely on the market stall and direct messages. There was no clear buying process: the customer asked, she replied, payment was agreed and each shipment was handled one by one. When she wasn't around, nothing sold. And outside fair hours and message exchanges, the storefront was simply closed.
What we did
We started by understanding the product and how her customers bought. From there we built a full online store that was easy to manage, designed so she could run it without knowing anything about tech.
